It means seeing the world clearly. Recognizing the gift of “being”
Right now, in this moment what are 3 things you are grateful for?
I am grateful for this breath of life.
Grateful for SJ, my assistant who keeps me on track and maintains such a positive attitude.
Grateful for my family. They have sacrificed so much for me to get to where I am today.
Could you share a struggle you had in the past 12 months that you are now grateful for?
Nothing is coming to mind. I am sure I have had moments of struggle but I haven’t built a story around it so I cannot recall anything at this moment. Only gratitude
You inspire, motivate, and challenge millions of people through your poetry and filmmaking. Who inspired you? Who does Prince Ea call his mentor?
People who can see Love everywhere inspire me. People like Mooji, Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj.
What is one suggestion you could give to our audience that can help them incorporate gratitude into their daily lives?
Simply find time to pause in your daily life. In the car, at work, on the bus, at home, stop for a few seconds or minutes every now and then and say Thank you for this breath. Thank you for my senses. Thank you for those who love me. Thank you for my struggles because they teach me. Thank you for my mind. Thank you for being able to say thank you. Feel the gratitude deeply when you do this practice.
