We all have moments and days where we think we can’t get in control. I have these moments and you do have them too. There is no one that is in control 24/7 – so stop looking. Whenever you find yourself in a dark and anxious moment just stop what you are doing and take a moment to take a deep breath. Think about what you have in life! Be grateful for the air you breathe, for the food you can enjoy, and for being healthy. Whenever I think about Gratitude and gratefulness, the first thing that comes to my mind is my health. Being healthy wasn’t always a given for me. I had to deal with so many problems concerning my health that I never knew when fate would hit me again. I could have used all of these setbacks to just give up but I didn’t. And I am glad that I didn’t! Today I am healthy enough to get up in the morning, to spend time doing what I love! We should never forget that there are so many people in the world that aren’t this lucky. Who do not have the opportunities we have. Who are sick and would love to spend just one day with their loved ones. So, whenever you find yourself complaining or worrying about something small and probably unimportant, take a step back and think about the things you have in life! Remind yourself of your accomplishments and be proud of who you are! It will eventually help you to get through moments where your mind gets in control and your thoughts get clouded by your own doubts and worries.Today I am also grateful for having so many people following me (3,520 to be exact)! Thank You for your ongoing support! I promise I won’t let you done. I am doing my best to be better to be unique and to live a healthier life than I have in the past. This will take time, but I am happy to share this new part of my journey with you and hope I can motivate you to move forward with me. We’re in this together and I appreciate all of you!
